Physiotherapy
Practical, hands-on care that helps you recover from pain, injury, or anything that’s holding you back.
What It Is And Who It's For
Physiotherapy is often the best place to start when something feels off or if you’ve just been injured, especially if you’re not sure what kind of care you need.
Our physiotherapists take time to assess your issue and tailor your treatment based on what will help most.
Whether you’re rehabbing a stubborn injury, recovering from a fracture, climbing injury, or concussion, our physiotherapists work with you to create a clear path forward.
What We Treat
You’ll receive focused care backed by experience, research, and teamwork.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Guided physiotherapy after procedures like knee scopes, shoulder repairs, or spinal surgery to help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
Everyday Injuries & Flare-Ups
Whether it’s back pain, a rolled ankle, or a repetitive strain, we’re here to help you move forward with less pain and more understanding of your body.
Concussions & Dizziness
Navigate frustrating symptoms such as brain fog, headaches and dizziness. Your care may include vestibular rehab, manual therapy, and strategies for returning to work, school, or sport.
Climbing & Hand Injuries
From tendon issues to finger pain, we offer specialized care for climbers and active professionals. Treatment often includes soft tissue work, taping, strength progressions, and return-to-climb planning. If you have a climbing hand injury, please book with our climbing physiotherapist, Heather Adam.
What People Are Saying
As an adrenaline sports athlete, I have pushed and abused my body for over 40 years. This has naturally led me to over 15 different physiotherapists as I moved around the province before settling in Penticton. Here I was lucky to find Anne, who easily proved to be one of the best technical physiotherapists that I have ever been to. But what truly makes her great is her drive to heal her clients quickly and get them back to the activities that make them happy, which for me, is on a mountain bike trail!
