Heather Adam is a very skilled therapist. She was able to pinpoint my injury on my first visit. I received a few treatments of dry needling. Heather is very experienced at this! She targeted all the right muscles. I now feel back to my younger self! I also have a few exercises Heather showed me that help! Thank you!!!

Dan has provided the best physio experience I have found in Penticton. Rather than feeling like I’m on a production line of standard treatments, he always provides support that is targeted to my individual situations. Highly recommended.

Thank you Anne. My ankle is healing nicely and the exercise routine you have laid out made all the difference. Soon I’ll be able to continue doing the things I enjoyed pre injury.
