Recover Faster With An Approach That Best Suits You
Our practitioners work together to offer coordinated care using a variety of evidence-informed treatments.

Physiotherapy
The best place to start after an injury, surgery, or flare-up.
Your sessions may include hands-on techniques, movement rehab, or dry needling, and can also support more complex concerns like concussion recovery or hand injuries.

Massage Therapy
Relieve pain, tension, or stress through targeted hands-on treatments such as deep tissue work, therapeutic exercises and stretching.
It can support recovery from injury or overall wellness, based on your goals and treatment plan.

Kinesiology
Rebuild your fitness, strength, mobility or health with guided exercise and movement programs from our kinesiologists.
Kinesiology can also support return to work and specialized programs like ICBC and Parkinson’s care.

What People Are Saying
As an adrenaline sports athlete, I have pushed and abused my body for over 40 years. This has naturally led me to over 15 different physiotherapists as I moved around the province before settling in Penticton. Here I was lucky to find Anne, who easily proved to be one of the best technical physiotherapists that I have ever been to. But what truly makes her great is her drive to heal her clients quickly and get them back to the activities that make them happy, which for me, is on a mountain bike trail!

FAQs
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, we do! We make it easier for you by offering direct billing to over 30 extended health insurance providers, including Canada Life, Green Shield, Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Sun Life and more!
What should I exprect at my first Physiotherapy appointment?
Your first appointment will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. In the first half, your physiotherapist will conduct an assessment to understand your medical history and create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs. In the second half, you will receive your first treatment. This treatment may include manual therapy, an exercise rehabilitation program in our gym area, IMS (dry needling), or manipulation.
Is dry-needling an extra cost to my appointment?
No, if IMS is needed, it will be included in your treatment. The same applies to exercise bands. Your physiotherapist will provide you with an exercise band suitable for your rehabilitation exercises at home.
Do I need to see my doctor before booking an appointment?
No. Physiotherapists are considered primary care providers and have the skills to first assess and then determine if you should be seen by a doctor. We often involve your family or referring provider and will commonly send a consult note to them after the initial assessment.
Do you take walk-ins?
We typically require an appointment to be made before the first visit. If there happens to be availability in the schedule, we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins.
Will I get treatment at my first session?
After your physiotherapist has completed a thorough investigation of your symptoms, you will often be provided with treatment aimed at symptom relief.
